Thanksgiving — Tag!

thanksgiving.jpgWith Thanksgiving coming up this week, I thought I’d try the tagging thing — it sounds like fun. I tag Melissa M, Robin R, Diana C, Mary W, and Ken A to tell three things you’re thankful for this year. Hah!

Now, just to be fair, I’d better do it. Things I’m thankful for this year:

That my family is all together in one city, and we seem to be healthy and doing fine.

That my days are spent writing, editing, and teaching — it feels good to spend my time doing things I like and think are important.

Let’s see, something for the world — that  we haven’t had any huge repeats of 911 on our shores.

OK – tag, you’re it!

  1. I’ll accept that tag. Three of the things I’m thankful for are improved health and 100 less pounds on my frame, a roof over my head, and time to write.

    Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

  2. I can’t turn down a dare. I’m grateful for my kids, my friends-including EP, the other loving relationships in my life and my health. No matter what problems may arise I know that if I keep my wits about me and the support of the people I love I can handle just about anything.

PS Oh yes, the two danes and the dachshund are mad that I didn’t mention them first! SOOOOOO SORRY. m

  3. Great post, Betty. I’m thankful for my family and how close we are, for my gift of writing, and for losing 40 pounds!

I plan on blogging on this topic this week so I’ll post more then!

  4. Very nice idea, E!

The things I’m thankful for this year are my healthy family, my great communities of writer friends, and the sale of my first book. 😀 Life doesn’t get much better than that!
